THE SISTINE CHAPEL
Originally known as the Cappella Magna, the chapel takes its name from pope Sixtus VI . Who restored it in 1447 Between 1508 and 1512, under the patronage of Pope JuliusII , Michelangelo painted the sistine chapel ceilling, a masterpiece without precedent.
It is at Vatican city in Italy
The length is 40.9 metres
The width of the nave is 13.4 metres
And the maximun height is 20.7 metres
